Today I had an appointment from 4pm-5pm and since my daily hunger attack usually starts at four I figured it would be wise to bring a snack bento for the journey home. Didn’t want to go buying real snacks like chocolate bars on the train station, now did I? ;)
The contents is completely vegan: celery stalk sticks, home-grown mustard cress, switchback cut gherkins, bean salad with parsley, sesame bread sticks, dried apricot & cranberries and stir-fried vegetables (courgette, red onion, mushroom, carrot, leek).
So I even got to post about this bento before I finish cooking our simple dinner of pumpkin soup with bread and kohlrabi salad. ;)
