Just quickly logging this week’s organic vegetables. Need to go make these pop-tarts with last week’s rhubarb ;)
- Endive (swapped 1 of 2 loafs for chili pepper saplings with @yvovro)
- Romaine lettuce
- Pumpkin chutney
- Plum tomatoes
- Bundle garlic
ETA — Endive stew with spicy potatoes, salad and salsa picante made from tomatoes. Still to be used: pumpkin chutney.

Oh chutney! How nice, it’s not just raw vegetables you’re getting. Talking about pumpkin, I had the most delicious pumpkin curry at the Thai restaurant (Utrecht) last night. But pumpkin isn’t in season I think so I will have to wait until I can try making it at home.
BTW I’m planning to make your poppy seed scones with the rhubarb jam from the pop-tarts, tomorrow or Saturday!
