Tuesday Bento #83

Upper tier
Indian dal tarka (red lentils), plum tomatoes & parsley, salad of white cabbage with leek, cumin and cranberries soaked in ruby port on a bed of lettuce (heavily tweaked from this recipe).

Lower tier
Piece of corn cob, marinated green olive, gherkin, spicy dressing for corn, carrot & parsley, couscous with cinnamon & cranberries, topped with almond and some more parsley.

On the side
A houmous sandwich and an apple.
